Nothing appears in search
Use Reset and try one distinctive title word. A year, format or language left over from a previous search can exclude the production you want. Check that a series is not being searched with Movies selected.
The address does not open
Keep the exact browser message. Try the homepage instead of a long bookmark and compare a familiar unrelated page. A timeout, a name-resolution error and a certificate problem are different symptoms.
Posters are missing
Refresh once, then compare several title images. If text links work, you can still open movie details while checking the connection. Removing your watchlist will not repair an artwork request.
The viewing page opens, but the film fails
Confirm the selected country and edition. For a player error, use that service’s controls and help. A lower quality setting may help with repeated buffering, while an unavailable offer requires a different choice rather than a browser reset.
Reporting a recurring problem
Note the title, year, country, device, browser and exact message. Include whether the failure happened here or after Watch now. A Reddit post about another address or an older incident may not describe your current problem.
